Chad Smith of Ridgefield, WA won the 2024 Toyota Tacoma Off-Road at this year’s Oregon International Auto Show. The Oregon Auto Dealers Association, in conjunction with the Pacific Northwest Toyota Dealers, provided the prize truck with an MSRP of $50,803.
