Exhibit Opportunities
EACH EXHIBIT SPACE INCLUDES:
- 8′ high back drape/3′ high side drape, color black
- (1) 6′ skirted table, color black
- (2) Chairs
- Company sign
- (2) Exhibitor passes
- Daily vacuuming
Exhibit spaces larger than 10’x30′ are sold on a per square foot basis — call or email us for availability.

Important Information
THIS APPLICATION TO EXHIBIT MUST BE RECEIVED BY DECEMBER 1, 2025. Upon approval, you will receive an Exhibit Space Agreement, Insurance Instructions and Invoice for payment. You will also receive the Exhibitor Kit from which you may order additional equipment and services at exhibitors expense. If a vehicle is part of your display, it must have no more than 1/8 tank of gas, a locked/taped gas cap, disconnect-ed battery cables and a signed vehicle waiver. YOUR COMPLETED EXHIBIT SPACE AGREEMENT, CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE AND PAYMENT IN FULL ARE DUE NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 31, 2025 OR WILL BE SUBJECT TO A LATE FEE OF $300. Move-in will not occur without completion of these details.
