The 2026 Hyundai Sonata carries over with minimal changes. SEL Sport replaces SEL and SEL Convenience trims. A Blue Hybrid trim also joins the lineup. Most models are front-wheel drive, but HTRAC all-wheel drive is an option with the 2.5L engine. Inside, the panoramic curved display houses a 12.3-inch driver information cluster and 12.3-inch audio-video navigation system. Wireless smartphone charging and wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ are standard. The SmartSense package of driver-assistance features is also standard. Sonata can even pull in and out of a parking space while you wait for it from outside.
